Welcome! The Second Step Strategy Call is both an introduction call (if you haven't worked with me yet) and a strategy session for those who have worked with me. It is designed to help you pinpoint your next steps after the work you did at Fresh Start. It uses a combination of High Performance Coaching™ and Body-Oriented Coaching methodology. Coaching with Glenda is always trauma-informed! If you are ready to continue growing and you want to take the next steps forward in life and you want to do life very differently that you did it before...then book this call with Glenda You see, that's the power of coaching. You are able to bring those different goals together to work on in a way which is most fitting for you. Coaching, when done well, takes into account your entire person (body, mind and soul) and is a totally bespoke process. You develop self-leadership which is what everyone needs to be successful in the goals and dreams they have for themselves. In this session, we will decide whether we are a good match to continue working together and how you could reach your goals.
