Finding the right coach for you is very personal! Coaches have different niches and like to work in different ways. You should interview them and have your check list of what you are looking for, since coaching is also an investment in you. You want your investment to pay off so connecting well with your coach and knowing if they have the methodologies that will work for you is essential! Likewise, your coach will want to be as effective as possible and to meet your needs. This call will help establish is you are a good fit to continue to work together and what coaching program might be best for your current needs. In this call, we will get to know each other a bit, what needs you might have, and whether the kind of coaching I offer is a good fit for you. It is my commitment to not say yes to coaching you if I don't think I can help you! I will refer you to someone else who might be better able to support you.
